Integrated Training System Focused on Baseball Performance
An integrated training system incorporates performance training, nutrition, and physical therapy to meet the demands and rigors of a long baseball season. Combining strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility along with proper nutrition and recovery strategies is essential to spending more time on the field and less time on the bench. Pitchers focus on core strength and rotational power to create strength and torque, allowing them to withstand a long season's workload.
