Strength. Speed. Power. Agility. Lacrosse is a game that requires athletes to possess all of these physical abilities and more in order to rise above the competition in a physically demanding sport. Athletes’ Performance knows the training it takes to build speed and power to sprint down the field first, the agility to cut past opponents, and the strength to power through opponents.

Utilizing integrated systems of performance training, nutrition, and recovery, Athletes’ Performance prepares athletes to reach maximum performance levels, while decreasing injury potential.

An integrated training system incorporates performance training, nutrition, and physical therapy to meet the demands and rigors of a long season. Combining strength, mobility, and flexibility along with proper nutrition and recovery strategies is essential to playing each match at peak performance. All training programs are customized to meet individual goals and are based off of pre-training assessments, including a Functional Movement Screen™, nutrition consultation, physical therapy, and cardiovascular evaluations.
