Executive Memberships
The High Performance Executive program at Athletes’ Performance focuses on training that builds strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability. You'll improve functional movement, create sustainable energy, and reduce aches and pains. While our training systems were built to support professional and elite athletes, our High Performance Executive programs are individualized to meet each client’s goals, utilizing integrated systems of training, nutrition, and physical therapy that best support your physical abilities to help you reach your health and fitness goals and more.
Executive Retreats
High Performance Executive Retreats offer an opportunity to focus on your health and performance goals with training, nutrition, and recovery services from the specialists at Athletes' Performance. During the retreat, an individualized program is built for you, based on your needs, goals, and health assessments. These solutions are carried out during your stay and include on-site meals, soft-tissue massage, and nutrition education. When leaving the retreat, you'll receive a customized training and nutrition plan to continue success and sustain your performance.

Core BootCamp
Transform your body. Transform your life. Do you do the same gym routine or attend the same spinning class week after week? Bored with your usual workout? Tired of the treadmill? Your body is probably so used to your routine that you're no longer seeing the benefits and results you used to. Athletes' Performance's Core BootCamp will shock your system and help your body "wake up" and start seeing results!
These camps provide you with the opportunity to train in a world-class atmosphere with cutting-edge technology and sweat-inducing workouts to overhaul your body. In addition to the training session, you'll received a personalized nutrition plan, supplement protocol, and support from the same trainers and nutritionists that support elite and pro athletes. You'll get personalized attention (maximum of 15 participants) in addition to support from other members. No gimmicks. No fads. Just a system proven to work. Whether you're trying to lose 50 pounds or define your six-pack, the Core BootCamp can help you reach your goals.

- Session Times: Monday-Thursday, 6-7 p.m. and Saturdays 10-11 a.m. (participants can attend unlimited weekly sessions)
