As a fitness coach with the German men's national team and EXOS since 2010, Benjamin Kugel's made his mark with both the EXOS team and the Germany players. In 2013, he took his career one step further and accepted the role as head of performance for German club team FC Köln. After just one year under Kugel's guidance, FC Köln won the 2nd division Bundesliga league title and will move up to the top Bundesliga division next season.

As the 2010 NFL season kicks into gear, Athletes’ Performance is proud to highlight the hard work of Baltimore Ravens kicker Billy Cundiff. His years in the NFL have been filled with ups and downs, tryouts, and short contracts. But this year, Cundiff won the kicking competition in training camp and begins the season with the Baltimore Ravens (the same team he played for at the end of 2009).
As Linda and Ramon Nunez approached their final destination—the peak of Africa's Mt. Kilimanjaro—they were suddenly filled with elation, excitement, and an unexpected burst of energy.
At 19,340 feet above sea level, Ramon scanned the vast African landscape from the peak on his 59th birthday and realized the immense accomplishment he'd achieved.
The couple had just spent the day trekking the final seven miles to reach the place they'd only been imagining since they decided to attempt the treacherous hike and began training with Athletes' Performance.
