Sam Bradford Interview on FOX NFL Sunday
On this week's FOX NFL Sunday, St. Louis Rams rookie quarterback Sam Bradford will be sitting down with Terry Bradshaw. Check out this footage taken from the 2011 Combine Training video. Look for parts of this video on Sunday's pre-game show.
Bradford, who trained at Athletes' Performance's Florida facility while recovering from shoulder surgery performed at The Andrews Institute, was the #1 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. He's the fifth straight #1 pick that has trained at Athletes' Performance in preparation for the NFL Combine and Draft.
"Not long after Sam Bradford's arrival at Athletes' Performance in Gulf Breeze, Florida, it was easy to identify the qualities that separated him from the crowd," said Brett Bech, performance specialist at Athletes' Performance. "After sustaining a severe injury to his throwing shoulder, he sought out the world-class care of Dr. James Andrews."
"His unyielding attention to detail and consistent approach to every aspect of his training, which included a full day of physical therapy as well as performance training and position-specific work, gave him the edge he needed to eventually become the #1 selection in the 2010 NFL Draft," he said.
So far this season, Bradford has led the Rams to a 2-2 start while completing 58.2 percent of his passes for 944 yards and six touchdowns. Athletes' Performance is proud to have supported Bradford's performance goals and wishes him the best of luck this season and throughout his NFL career.
