LA Galaxy Win the 2011 MLS Championship

LA Galaxy

The Los Angeles Galaxy won the 2011 MLS Cup Final, finishing a terrific season that saw the team crowned MLS champions in a year when they also won the Supporters’ Shield for having the best record in the regular season.

Defeating the Houston Dynamo 1-0 on a goal from captain Landon Donovan, the Galaxy won in front of a sold-out record crowd at the Home Depot Center, finishing the season unbeaten at their home field and the home to Athletes’ Performance’s California facility.

As the official performance training partner of the Galaxy, Athletes' Performance is proud and honored to have supported all of the team’s hard work and dedication throughout their championship season.

Read how the Galaxy trained and were fueled all season long by Athletes’ Performance specialists in the Galaxy Fitness Insider or watch highlights from the Galaxy's win at MLSSoccer.com.

Athletes' Performance would also like to congratulate those from MLS teams that we support who won individual MLS awards for their terrific performances during the 2011 season:
