Happy Holidays from Athletes’ Performance
During this holiday season the entire team at Athletes’ Performance and Core Performance wants to wish you and your family a very happy holiday season and a healthy New Year!
As our team reflects on this past year, we're grateful for the athletes we’ve been able to support, from elite athletes to top college, high school, and youth athletes, driven individuals looking to reach their health and fitness goals, and industry colleagues through our Athletes’ Performance Education programs.
It's an honor to be chosen by so many to support their performance goals, and, this year, we were privileged to support athletes and teams and their accomplishments, including:
- LA Galaxy winning the 2011 MLS Cup
- 54 total athletes drafted in the 2011 NFL Draft, including 14 first-round selections
- MLB athletes winning gold glove, silver slugger, and comeback player of the year awards
- Argentina Rugby reaching the quarterfinals of the Rugby World Cup
- Koji Murofushi winning the men’s hammer at the IAAF Track & Field World Championships
- Signing on as the official performance trianing partner of team China for the 2012 London Olympics
- Supporting 87 MLB/MiLB players for the 2011 season
- Partnering with the Los Angeles Dodgers with Sue Falsone becoming first woman MLB head athletic trainer/physical therapist
One of our greatest honors and the thing we’re most thankful for is the opportunity to support our active military and veterans through performance programs and efforts such as the Eagle Fund to support them for both their active duty and injury recovery needs.
