Good Luck to Galatasaray in Champions League Round of 16
Athletes’ Performance wishes the best of luck to Galatasaray and Athletes’ Performance specialist Scott Piri who supports the team as they face Schalke 04 in the first match of a home-and-home series in the Champions League round of 16.
The first leg will be hosted by Galatasaray on Wednesday, February 20th, in Istanbul, Turkey, with the second leg being played on Tuesday, March 12th, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The winner will be determined by aggregate score to advance to the Champions League quarterfinals.
Galatasaray enters the first leg sitting in first place in the Spor Toto Super League standings as they look to repeat as league champions. The team also added top international players in the recent transfer window, including Didier Drogba, who helped lead Chelsea to last year’s Champions League title, and Wesley Sneijder, who won the Champions League title in 2010 with Inter Milan.
