Grand Opening Events for Core Performance Training Space in Frisco, Texas
Athletes’ Performance is excited to host events during the week of December 3rd to celebrate the opening of the new Core Performance training and nutrition spaces at our Frisco, Texas, facility, located at Fieldhouse USA.
The new Core Performance space features a group training area with technology-driven Core Performance Kiosks and cardio equipment, including WOODWAY treadmills and Keiser bikes and total body trainers, which will be used for the Core Performance Premier Membership, Bootcamp, and Experience programs. These programs are designed for everyday adults to experience the integrated approach of Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery that's helped power many of the world's best athletes. Whether you're looking to boost energy, run a 5K, lose 10 pounds, or feel stronger, Core Performance programs can help you reach your goals.
The complimentary events will be open to adults looking to learn more about the Core Performance programs and will offer training and nutrition education sessions. Attendees will also be entered to win raffle prizes, including training and nutrition packages.

Core Performance Express Workouts – Monday, December 3rd - Friday, December 7th
As the holiday season approaches, it's easy to overlook your health. While many wait until after the holidays to begin focus on their health and fitness, the dedicated team at Athletes’ Performance in Frisco wants to show you how the Core Performance system, based on the same training used to support pro athletes, can help you reach your goals.
Join us for a Core Performance Express workout to learn how the time-efficient and integrated Core Performance training combining strength, cardio, flexibility and core work can help you feel better, reduce aches and pain, and get you closer to reaching your health and fitness goals.
Express workout times:
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
- Monday - Thursday: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Participants may sign up for multiple training days and different time slots each day.
Optimizing Your Family’s Nutrition Plan – Lunch-and-Learn – Wednesday, December 5th – 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.
Coordinating school, sport, and work schedules is tough enough. Feeding your family healthy meals shouldn’t be an additional stressor. Join us on Wednesday, December 5th at 12:00 p.m. for tips and recipes to provide nutritious snack and meals to keep your family healthy and help them perform their best in school, sports, work, and life.
The lunch-and-learn includes:

- Focus on nutrition for student athletes, including brown bag lunch and snack ideas
